  O conceito da GQVT busca desenvolver mecanismos para que o indivíduo possua equilíbrio entre a sua vida humana e profissional, para isso o grande desafio das organizações é compatibilizar a necessidade organizacional, ditada pelo mercado com suas rápidas mudanças, e as necessidades dos indivíduos; compreender o indivíduo como ser integral com inúmeros e diversos interesses e conhecimentos que podem ser direcionados para as atividades exercidas na organização é uma das condições para haver esta compatibilização. Este trabalho, seguindo as propostas feitas por Richard Walton, é uma indicação para avaliação especialmente para micro e pequenas empresas, o objetivo é lapidar os conceitos e estabelecer variantes compreendidas como fundamentais no ambiente produtivo das MPEs.

  The concept of QLW seeks to develop mechanisms for the individual to have balance between their personal and professional life, with this in mind the challenge for the organizations is to balance the organizational needs, dictated by the market with its rapid changes, and the needs of individuals. The company should understand the individual as a whole person with various interests and knowledge which can be directed to activities undertaken in the organization. This work, following the proposals made ​​by Richard Walton, is an indication for evaluation especially created for micro and small businesses; the goal is to sharpen the concepts and to establish variant knowledge as fundamental in the environment production of MSEs.
