Resumen de Las revistas jurídicas venezolanas en tiempos de revolución (2000-2013)

En el contexto de una historia de las revistas jurídicas venezolanas, este artículo estudia sus cambios en el periodo 2000-2013, un tiempo políticamente turbulento oficial - mente considerado revolución. Ésta ha plan - teado serios desafíos al derecho y a los juristas.
Se trabaja con algo más de un millar de artí - culos publicados en siete revistas, destacando si la revolución fue estímulo o inhibidor de la publicación de artículos y analizando su re - ferencia temporal (si versan sobre el presente o el pasado) y espacial (si versan sobre Vene - zuela o no). Respecto a los artículos sobre Ve - nezuela y el presente se analizó su referencia política, si eran críticas del régimen revolucio - nario, si eran favorables o si eran neutros en el sentido que no planteaban nada respecto a la política venezolana o no mostraban cla - ramente una orientación. Se trata así de un estudio de la cultura jurídica académica ve - nezolana en la actualidad y su relación con la política a través de sus revistas.

i n the context of a history of Venezu - elan law journals, this article studies the journals published in the period 2000-2013.
t his is a period officially considered revolutionary that has put important challenges to the legal system and the legal academy.
t his article analyzes more than one thousand articles, from seven law journals, studying whether the revolution has been a stimulator or in - hibitor of article’s publishing, the temporal reference of the articles (if they study the present time or not) and spatial reference (if they are on Venezuela or not).
t hos e articles referring to 21 st century Venezu - ela were further analyzed determining if they were critical or favorable to the regime, or neutral, in the sense that a political inclination was not detectable.
