  The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the possibility of classifying the military regimes in Brazil, Argentina and Chile during the 1960s and 1970s as fascists. At the same time, the article intends to discuss the presence and influence of the heirs of fascism in these three countries during the dictatorships.

  O objetivo desse artigo é discutir a possibilidade de classificar, conceitualmente, os regimes militares instalados no Brasil, na Argentina e no Chile nos anos 1960 e 1970 como fascistas. Ao mesmo tempo, será estudada a presença e a influência dos herdeiros do fascismo nesses três países durante as ditaduras.
