Teoría y práctica de la enseñanza de la gramática: lo que se ve y lo que se hace

    El propósito del presente artículo es el de analizar las relaciones entre las diferentes teorías de Adquisición de Segundas Lenguas (ASL) y la práctica de la enseñanza de la gramática en el campo del Español como Lengua Extranjera (ELE). Para ello se presentan, por un lado, cinco modelos teóricos bien descritos por la investigación en ASL (el conductista-estructural, el Enfoque Natural, el procesamiento del input, el aumento de la conciencia lingüística y el interaccionista), detallando sus características, ventajas e inconvenientes y, por otro, la repercusión que tienen estas teorías en las actividades gramaticales de catorce manuales de ELE publicados a partir del año 2000 (siete manuales generales de aula y siete manuales de gramática).

    The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationships between the various theories of Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and the practice of grammar teaching in the field of Spanish as a Foreign Language (SFL). For that, on the one hand, five theoretical models well-described by research on ASL are presented (the behaviorist-structural, the Natural Approach, the Input Processing, the Consciousness Raising, and the Interaction Hypothesis), detailing its features, advantages and disadvantages and, on the other hand, the impact of these theories on the grammar activities of fourteen SFL books published since 2000 (seven textbooks and seven grammar books).
