Variabilidad del ecotipo «Aragón» de alfalfa. Selección de la muestra testigo para el control de la pureza varietal

    Para la realización del presente trabaja^ sobre «El estudio de la variabilidad del ecotipo de alfalfa ARAGÓN y elección de la muestra testigo» han servido de base una serie de trabajos estadísticos realizados en el Centro de Control de Zaragoza del Instituto Nacional de Semillas y Plantas de Vivero (I.N.S.P.V.) sobre identificación de Alfalfas. En los trabajos base, se llega a la conclusión de que el carácter que define y distingue de otras variedades, al ecotipo Aragón, es el «.rebrote primaveral)). El presente trabajo se realiza sobre 150 muestras precintadas por el I.N.S.P.V., analizando el carácter «rebrote primaveral» estadísticamente mediante el cálculo del Intervalo para P=95 % y en planta en líneas. Se han seleccionado 75 muestras, 'que en una segunda fase se estudian en planta aislada con los mismos criterios. De todas las muestras objeto del trabajo, se conserva semilla de reserva, utilizándose la de las muestras elegidas, para obtener una muestra global, que será empleada como Testigo en los Controles de Campo (Postcontrol), donde se evaluará la pureza varietal de los lotes del ecotipo Aragón, que se precinten en años sucesivos

    To carry out the present work about «The study of variablenes of the Aragón Ecotype of Alfalfa and sclection of the Witncss Sample», wc havc used as a basis a series of statistical works at thc Centro de Control de Zaragoza del Instituto Nacional de Semillas y Plantas de Vivero (I.N.S.P.V.) leading to the identifícation of different types of Alfalfa. Through these studies, we have come to the conclusión that what makes the variety «Ecotipo Aragón» different from other varieties is the «Spring Sprout».

    For our studies we have used 150 samples prcviously sealed by the I.N.S.P.V.,analysing thc mentioned Spring Sprout statistically through the estímate of the Interval for P = 95% and on plants being planted in rows. The 75 samples selected are studied in a scconded phase on an isolated plant with the same criteria.

    Wc keep Reserve seed of al those samples used for the experiment, using that of the chosen samples to obtain the so called global sample which will act as witness for the Field Controls (Post-control) where the changing purity of those lots of the Aragón type sealed in successive years will be evaluated.
