This paper studies the lack of effective tools in the Brazilian legislation that encourage corruption whistleblowing, proposing tools to increase these investigations and fulfilling the recommendations of several international organizations. When there is more protective legislation for those who have knowledge of corruption acts, there will be more people encouraged to report this offense to the competent authorities or society in general.

Este trabalho aborda a falta de instrumentos eficazes na legislação brasileira que incentivem a denúncia de atos de corrupção, propondo a criação de estímulos para aumentar a investigação de fatos desta natureza, cumprindo assim a recomendação de diversos órgões internacionais. Havendo uma legislação mais protetiva aqueles que têm conhecimento de atos de corrupção ficarão mais estimulados a denunciar às autoridades competentes ou mesmo à sociedade em geral.
