Resumen de A evolução legislativa brasileira frente à problemática da água

  A água é um recurso natural essencial à vida do ser humano e de todo o planeta, sendo confirmada a sua finitude. Diante desta constatação, é necessária uma nova postura da Sociedade frente à problemática da escassez da água, já sentida em algumas partes do mundo e até mesmo do país. Assim, a legislação, no mesmo sentido, trouxe normas e dispositivos no sentido de garantir, tanto o acesso do ser humano à água potável e gratuita, de forma a garantir a sua sobrevivência, como a proteção a este recurso natural que já não se percebe “inesgotável. Assim, observa-se uma gama de normas que trazem orientações, obrigações e penalidades que envolvem o uso, a proteção e a preservação das nossas águas, para efetivar o art.225 da Constituição Federal.

  Water is a natural and limited resource essential to life in the planet. Given this finding, we need a new approach to the problems facing the society of scarcity of water, already felt in some parts of the world and even the country. Thus, the law in the same sense, brought standards and devices to ensure both human access to clean water and free, in order to ensure their survival, such as the protection of this natural resource that no longer perceives “inexhaustible”. Thus, there are several standards that bring guidelines, obligations and penalties involving the use, protection and preservation of our waters, to bring effectiveness to article 225 of the Brazilian Constitution.
