¿Quiénes optan a plazas de personal funcionario en los cuerpos subalterno, auxiliar y administrativo de la Administración General del País Vasco (AGPV) y quiénes las obtienen?

    Las personas que en 2010 opositaron para cubrir 419 vacantes de personal subalterno, auxiliar y administrativo en la AGPV fueron sobre todo mujeres, de unos 40 años, con estudios al menos de bachillerato y sin conocimiento de euskera, la mayoría no había trabajado en esta Administración con anterioridad. De ellas, el 28,8% aprobó la fase oposición; las aprobadas eran algo mayores, tenían más estudios universitarios, habían trabajado en mayor medida en la AGPV e incluso en el cuerpo en el que opositaron, pero, sobre todo, tenían algún perfil lingüístico. Tras la fase concurso, logra plaza el 3,16% de las presentadas; los colectivos más exitosos son las personas interinas en cuerpo, las que tienen vínculo previo, las que tienen algún perfil lingüístico y las que alegan titulación del grupo E. En el artículo se analizan los resultados y se sugieren mejoras a aplicar en futuros procesos selectivos.

    People who sat for public competition in 2010 to cover 419 junior staff, administrative assistant and administrative officer vacancies in the Basque Government (AGPV) were mostly women, of about 40 years, with at least high school studies and without knowledge of Basque. The majority of them had not worked in this Administration previously. Of these, 28.8% passed the phase of competitive exams; Those who approved were somewhat older, were mostly graduated, had worked more on the AGPV and even in the body where they sat for, but above all, they had some kind of language profile.

    After the competition phase, 3.16% of those who took part got the jobs; the most successful collectives were the interims in the body, people with prior employment relationship, those who have some linguistic profile and claim group E qualification. In the article the results are analyzed and improvements are suggested to be applied in future selection processes.

    Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko Administrazio Orokorreko menpeko, laguntzaile eta administrarien kidegoetako 419 lanpostu huts betetzeko oposizioetan, batez ere emakumezkoek parte hartu zuten: 40 urte ingurukoak izan ziren; gutxienez, batxilergoko ikasketak zituztenak eta euskaraz ez zekitenak, eta administrazio honetan inoiz lan egin gabeak, gehienak. Horietarik, % 28,8k gainditu zuten oposizio-fasea: apur bat zaharragoak ziren, unibertsitate-ikasketa gehiago zituzten, inoiz Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko Administrazio Orokorrean lan egindakoak, oposizioko kidegoan lan egindakoak ere bai, baina, batez ere, hizkuntza-eskakizunen bat zeukaten. Lehiaketa-fasearen ondoren, aurkeztu zirenetatik % 3,16k lortu zuten plaza; arrakastatsuenak kidegoan bitartekari ibilitakoak izan ziren, administrazioarekin loturaren bat izandakoak, hizkuntza-eskakizunen bat zutenak eta E taldeko titulazioa alegatu zutenak. Artikuluan emaitzak aztertzen dira, eta hobekuntzak iradokitzen dira, bihar-etziko hautaprobetan aplikatzeko.
