El siguiente documento es una síntesis que presenta una investigación descriptiva - analítica que involucra la recopilación del marco legal cuyo objetivo es analizar y correlacionar la legislación en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud frente al rol que cumple el fonoaudiólogo en el primer nivel de atención para delimitar y definir sus acciones a partir de la recolección de información dada por medio de una entrevista realizada a fonoaudiólogos que se desempeñan dentro del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud en el primer nivel de atención en la ciudad de Bogota.

The following document is a synthesis that presents a descriptive - analytic investigation that involves the collection of the legal framework whose objective is to analyze and to correlate the legislation in the General System of Social Security in Health set against the role that complies of speech-language pathologists in the first level of attention, to delimit and to define its actions from an interview applied to Phonoaudiologist that are performed inside the General System of Social Security in Health in the first level of attention in the city of Bogotá.
