El lugar de cumplimiento de la sentencia laboral es una cuestion anudada al Derecho fundamental a la tutela judicial efectiva y al principio de continuidad jurídica en el espacio. Una sentencia laboral puede contener tres tipos de obligaciones cuyo lugar de cumplimiento puede radicar en el Estado de origen, en el extranjero o en cualquier lugar por ser obligaciones genéricas; por tanto, hay que determinar el lugar de cumplimiento de la sentencia a efectos de un proceso posterior de ejecución interna, reconocimiento y/o ejecución de la sentencia en el extranjero, etc. En las páginas venideras se esbozará un estudio "preliminar" sobre esta materia a partir de un enfoque multidisciplinar de Derecho nacional y comparado, que puede servir de guía a los operadores jurídicos relacionados con el fenómeno de la litigación laboral internacional.

The place of compliance with the court's labour judgment is a question that relates closely to to the fundamental right to proper legal protection from the courts and to the principle of legal continuity in the space. A labour decision or judgment can contain three types of obligations whose place of compliance could be the State of origin, abroad or in any place for being generic obligations;
therefore, it is necessary to determine the place of accomplishing with the sentence for the purpose of a later process of internal execution, acknowledgment and/or execution of the sentence abroad, etc. In the coming pagesa "preliminary» study will be sketched on this matter starting from a multidisciplinary approach of National and Comparative Law that could be used as a guide for the legal practitioners who deal with the phenomenon of the international labour litigation.
