En el present article —escrit el 1983 però fins ara inèdit— el Dr. Joan Ainaud de Lasarte estudia un relleu que ell mateix va identificar a la col·lecció Casamor d’Espona i va atribuir al Mestre de Cabestany. Hauria format part de la principal portada romànica del monestir de Sant Pere de Rodes i la seva iconografia es relaciona amb la traditio legis.

In this paper —written in 1983 but printed here for the firts time— Prof. Joan Ainaud de Lasarte, PhD, discusses about a sculptural relief that he himself identified for the first time at the Casamor d’Espona collection and attributed to the Cabestany Master. It belonged to the main romanesque porch at the monastery of St. Pere de Rodes and its iconography is related to the traditio legis.
