La osteoartropatía hipertrófica es una afección poco frecuente y puede ser secundaria a múltiples padecimientos dentro de los que juegan un papel fundamental las afecciones pulmonares, presenta manifestaciones clínicas específicas que hacen suponer su diagnóstico aunque el diagnóstico diferencial en ocasiones se torna difícil de realizar. Se presenta un paciente de 29 años de edad al cual se le realiza el diagnostico de esta afección.
