Students are shown how to convert the usual plots of kinetic data for Michaelis-Menten enzymes into traditional hyperbolic plots found in math textbooks. So-called "linear" titration curves are shown to be hyperbolic and to approach two straight lines in the degenerate case. Errors encountered in assuming linearity in such curves are discussed.
