Resumen de Nursing care in the care process: Focus on the humanization of nurses with hospitalized patients

  Objetivo: identificar as dificuldades encontradas pelo profissional de enfermagem no processo de humanização da assistência e descrever a importância da atuação do enfermeiro na assistência humanizada, sendo feito desta forma estaremos contribuindo para a sensibilização da sociedade a qual vivemos. Métodos: foi feita uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva bibliográfica com abordagem qualitativa realizada na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (LILACS e BDENF). Após a coleta de dados, foi realizada uma leitura exploratória, seletiva, crítica e análise temática. Resultados: emergiu as seguintes categorias: Dificuldades encontradas pelo profissional de enfermagem no processo de humanização da assistência e a importância da atuação do enfermeiro na humanização da assistência. Conclusão: concluímos, então, que o ato de humanizar é de extrema importância para recuperação do paciente, o qual necessita de atenção e carinho.

  Objetive: identify the difficulties encountered by the nursing staff in the process of humanization and describe the importance of the nurse's role in humanizing being done this way we contribute to society's awareness of the which we live. Methods: we made an exploratory descriptive literature with a qualitative approach performed in the Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (LILACS and BDENF) after the data collection was carried out exploratory reading, selective, critical and thematic analysis. Results: emerging the following categories: Difficulties encountered by professional nursing in the process of humanization and the importance of the nurse in quality care. Conclusion: we conclude that the act of humanizing is extremely important for patient recovery, which needs attention and affection.
