    • the author takes issue with the title of a paper published in a 2013 issue of the publication entitled "Multicultural Employees: A Framework for Understanding How They Contribute to Organizations" by S. R. Fitzsimmons. She says the phrasing implies readers don't know how multicultural employees contribute to organizations. She is also bothered by the use of the word "they" to refer to multicultural employees, which she believes conveys a sense of categorization. Overall she sees the title as an example of how language can be used to create distance and divisiveness between groups
