    Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar y exponer la responsabilidad de la Administración autonómica aragonesa ante el atropello de especies cinegéticas, no sólo tomando como base la regulación que contiene la legislación aplicable en la materia, sino también teniendo muy en cuenta la doctrina judicial expedida principalmente por los Juzgados de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Zaragoza, la cual ayuda a completar e interpretar los conceptos clave que recoge dicha normativa. Para realizar un estudio completo, analizaremos la evolución legislativa sobre la materia, la naturaleza de dicha responsabilidad, e incluso nos acercaremos a la tramitación de este tipo de expedientes administrativos y las incidencias a las que se ven sometidos.

    This work has the object to analyze and expose the responsibility of the regional government of Aragon to the outrage of hunting species, not only based on the regulation of the applicable law but also taking into account the judicial doctrine issued mainly by the Courts of Administrative Litigation of Zaragoza, which helps to complete and interpret the key concepts that collects the applicable law. For a complete study, we will discuss legislative developments on the subject, the nature of this responsibility, and even we will expose, without being exhaustive, the processing of this type of administrative records and incidents to which they are subjected.
