  • One hundred tirty four lambs (L) and 137 ewe lambs (EL) West-African were used to find the effect of sex on body weight at different ages. The information was taken from «Palmichal S. C.» Experimental station, located in El Hornito, at Miranda county, Zulia state, Venezuela, characterized as very dry tropical forest. The evaluation was done from 1993 to 1995.
