    El “Grampian Dynamic” es el primero de una nueva serie de cuatro buques tipo ERRV (Emergency, Response & Rescue Vessel) que Astilleros Balenciaga (Guipúzcoa) ha contratado con la prestigiosa naviera escocesa North Star Shipping Ltd. La naviera está integrada en el Craig Group, con base en el puerto de Aberdeen (UK). Los nuevos buques pertenecen a la Clase IMT 950, la misma de otros cuatro buques entregados anteriormente por Balenciaga (2012) al mismo armador. Pero en el específico caso del “Grampian Dynamic” y sus próximos hermanos (“Dynasty”, “Deliverance” y “Devotion”), se trata de una versión de esta Clase “D” actualizada y desarrollada conjuntamente por el armador con la ingeniería OSD (Offshore Ship Designers) – IMT.

    A decade of collaboration with North Star Shipping BALENCIAGA NEW ERA WITH THE ERRV “GRAMPIAN DYNAMIC” Summary: The “Grampian Dynamic” is the first of a new series of four Emergency, Response & Rescue Vessels (ERRVs) that Astilleros Balenciaga (Guipúzcoa) has contracted with the prestigious Scottish shipping company North Star Shipping Ltd.

    The shipping company is part of the Craig Group and based in the port of Aberdeen (UK). The new ships belong to the IMT 950 Class, like four other vessels previously delivered by Balenciaga (2012) to the same ship-owner. In the specific case of the “Grampian Dynamic”, however, and soon to arrive sister ships (“Dynasty,”“Deliverance” and “Devotion”), this is an updated D-Class jointly developed by the Ship-owners and the Offshore Ship Designers engineering firm - IMT.
