El presente estudio pretende analizar la contribución fiscal denominada Derechos y su incompatibilidad con los principios que establece la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y el Derecho Tributario. Veremos su origen, definición y la forma como opera en las leyes mexicanas. Dicha contribución ha sido impuesta por el Estado, en un acto que puede calificarse de lesivo a los intereses del contribuyente.
This article aims to make a study of the fiscal contribution called Rights, which is incompatible with the principles established in the Constitution of the United Mexican States, and the doctrinal principles of tax law, from the perspective of their origin, creation and justification of its existence, the way it is defined and how it operates in our Mexican law, we can find against a legal fallacy and danger of the imposition by the State is a wrongful act and whimsical, damaging the governed who is the person who will pay said contribution.
