Hallazgos de artropatía inflamatoria en pacientes con psoriasis

    Introducción: La psoriasis es una enfermedad inflamatoria que tiene diferentes presentaciones clínicas, puede aparecer a cualquier edad y se describe que puede afectar a ambos sexos aunque con ligero predominio en el sexo masculino. Dentro de las múltiples manifestaciones clínicas es destacar la toma del esqueleto axial y periférico denominándose entonces artropatía psoriasica. Objetivo: Evaluar el comportamiento de los pacientes con psoriasis y  la existencia de artropatíasMetodología: Estudio descriptivo en 63 pacientes con psoriasis. Para el diagnóstico positivo se tuvieron en cuenta los criterios del grupo ASAS. Se describió las variables socio demográficas obtenidas a través de una encuesta que contenía tanto elementos clínicos como radiológicos útiles para confirmar el diagnóstico de la enfermedad.Resultados: Predominaron los pacientes mayores de 50 años,  el sexo masculino con 74.6 %, la artritis psoriásica fue más frecuente en el sexo femenino con  6 mujeres. Los antecedentes familiares de psoriasis fueron de 57.8 % para los que padecían psoriasis y un 36 % para los que tienen además artritis. El tiempo de enfermedad de psoriasis cutánea fue mayor que los pacientes con artritis.  En relación con la afectación ungeal, en los pacientes con psoriasis cutánea se manifestó en un 15.1 % y en los pacientes con artritis en un 63.6 %. Los enfermos  con artritis, iniciaron antes la psoriasis en el 81.8% .La forma clínica de presentación habitual de la psoriasis fue de 54 %  en placa y de los pacientes con artritis el 81.8 % presentaron poliartritis. Conclusiones: La presencia de afectación ungeal es un elemento a tener en cuenta en la posible aparición de artropatía psoriasica.

    Introduction: the psoriasis is an inflammatory illness that has different clinical presentations, he/she can appear to any age and it is described that it can affect to both sexes although with slight prevalence in the masculine sex. Inside the multiple clinical manifestations it is to highlight the taking of the axial skeleton and peripheral being denominated psoriatic arthropatic.Objective: to evaluate the behaviour of the patients with psoriasis and the arthropatic existence.Methodology: I study descriptive in 63 patients with psoriasis. For the positive diagnosis they were kept in mind the approaches of the ASAS group. The demographic variable partner was described obtained through a survey that contained so much clinical elements as radiological useful to confirm the diagnosis of the illness.Results: the patients prevailed bigger than 50 years; the masculine sex with 74.6 %, the arthritis psoriásica was more frequent in the feminine sex with 6 women. The family antecedents of psoriasis were of 57.8 % for those that suffered psoriasis and 36 % for those that also have arthritis. The time of illness of cutaneous psoriasis was bigger than the patients with arthritis.  In connection with the affectation unquail, in the patients with cutaneous psoriasis showed in 15.1% and in the patients with arthritis in 63.6 %. The sick persons with arthritis began the psoriasis before in 81.8 %. The clinical form of habitual presentation of the psoriasis was of 54 % in badge and of the patients with arthritis 81.8 % presented polyarthritis.Conclusions: the presence of ungüeal affectation is an element to keep in mind in the possible appearance of psoriatic arthritis.
