  • The article offers information related to the regulation of the energy industry in Panama through Law 6. Topics discussed include regulation of the energy industry by the National Authority of Public Services (ASEP) in the nation, modification of energy law in the nation to promote the use of renewable energy resources and decreasing dependence on traditional fossil fuels and increased interest of national and international investors in the energy industry.
