  • The article reports that an amendment proposal to the rule concerning compensation for occupational accidents and diseases is being evaluated by the Legislative Assembly in Macau, China. Topics highlighted include the clarification of procedures on how to obtain compensation damages, enhancement of protection of injured workers' rights, and other provisions of the law such as the obligation of employers to notify any occupational accident.
