  • The article discusses the provisions included in the financial law Decreto Competitivitá which were implemented in Italy on August 20, 2014 and looks at how they will affect European Union insurance companies. These include the withholding tax exemption for qualifying financial deals, the tax revisions for issuing unlisted bonds, and a rule dealing with shares that have multiple voting rights.
