  • The article details the decision by the Financial Disputes Mediation Committee at the South Korea Financial Supervisory Services (FSS) in the complaints filed by over 20,000 investors against D Securities' mis-selling practices, in which it ordered the company to pay some of the investors 15 percent to 50 percent of the amount of their investment. Topics covered include the other option for investors should they not accept the decision and the responsibility of the FSS for its oversight.
