  • The article explores the satellite investment policy of the Indian government. Topics covered include the factors that slowed the launch of Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle rocket which carries five foreign satellites, the restrictions provided by the Satellite Communication Policy on private participation and utilization of foreign satellites for domestic communication, and the growing importance and use of satellites.
