  • The article offers information on the two investment programmes in China designed for foreign managers of collective investment funds investing in foreign jurisdictions. Topics covered include the qualification requirements and description of the qualified domestic institutional investors (QDII) and the qualified domestic limited partners (QDLP) programmes, the factors that can cause early fundraising problems with the QDLP programme, and the utilization rates of QDII quotas.
