• The article reports on the ratification of the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement between Kenya and Mauritius by the Kenyan Parliament on May 23, 2014 which will enhance business and fiscal efficiencies for both countries and covers taxes imposed on income to eliminate double taxation.
