  • The South Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs reflects on South Korea's development since the end of the Korean War and relations between South Korea and the U.S. Topics include the U.S.-South Korean position towards North Korea and its nuclear program; the KORUS Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement; and the possibility of unification with North Korea. A discussion of economic conditions in South Korea, and the possibility of concluding free trade agreements with Japan and China is included.
