  • The article focuses on the law regarding the purchase of agricultural lands by non-Romanian European Union citizens, initiated in late November 2013 and adopted by the Romanian Parliament on December 17, 2013. Topics discussed include the two prerequisite conditions for any purchase of land, and the categories of potential purchasers that has a first refusal right to purchase the land for sale at equal price and conditions.
