  • The article focuses efforts by employers in Slovak Republic to monitor their employees' use of the Internet in the workplace. Topics discussed include a more consistent enforcement of codes of conduct by employers, and the country's adoption of a completely new Act on Personal Data Protection and an amendment to the Labour Code, which expressly governs the matter of monitoring employees in the workplace.
