  • The article offers information on new Swiss laws and amendments that have entered into force as of January 1, 2014. These include changes in executive compensation regulation, in reorganisation proceedings and in respect to redundancy plans. Also mentioned are new requirements on Swiss companies listed in Switzerland or abroad.
