  • The article focuses on efforts by companies to address the growing shareholder activism in Europe. Topics discussed include the prominence of shareholder activism in Great Britain, information on the Collective Engagement Working Group that emerged in December 2013 as a forum to facilitate better dialogue between investors, and an advice for corporates to take pre-emptive measures by engaging with shareholders before it is too late.
