  • The article focuses on the growing popularity of Islamic finance. Topics discussed include an assessment of which territory is leading the race to become the global hub for Shariah business, the efforts by British politicians to secure London, England's status as the unrivalled western centre for Islamic finance business, and its renewed plans for a sovereign sukuk. Also explored are the Islamic financial industries in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
