  • The article reports that delegates at the International Financial Law Review's (IFLR) European Capital Markets Forum were encouraged by bank counsel and directors to support schemes such as the Prime Collateralised Securities (PCS) label, as they could be incorporated into European regulations. Topics discussed include the industry's effort to show its commitment to best practice, the European Data Warehouse, and other signs that securitisation's regulatory treatment could improve.
