Resumen de Indonesia: : Forestry's shortened permit process.

• The article reports on the decision of the Ministry of Forestry of Indonesia to shorten its review process by 30 days for the issuance of the principal license. An overview of the revised guidelines for the principal license review process under the Regulations of the Ministry of Forestry is presented. Also identified are the various industries affected by the borrow to-use permit, and the sanctions enforced for failure to obtain this required permit.
