  • The article raises the concern of market participants on whether there are adequate infrastructure projects to absorb private debts funds being raised in Europe. Insights from industry figures on the opportunities to spend private debt funds are presented. Also discussed are the difficulty facing managers in identifying assets for potential investment, as well as the benefits of debt funds for project developers in terms of financing and liquidity.
