  • The article discusses the highlights of address delivered by former Goldman Sachs Asset Management Chairman Jim O'Neill at the 2014 Guernsey Funds Forum, wherein he argued that regulators have not received their share of blame for the financial crisis. Among the issues O'Neill addressed are the financial reforms proposed by the government of Great Britain and the proposal to create a public share registry to improve transparency and minimize tax evasion and money laundering.
