  • The article discusses the highlights of a panel at the 2014 International Finanial Law Review (IFLR) Southesat Asia Forum, wherein participants tackled the adoption of cloud computing technology by financial institutions. Issues addressed include risk assessment for customers, compliance with European Union (EU) data protection standards, and the extraterritorial effect of data transfer regulations.
