  • The article explains how the decision of an English Court to allow German company APCOA Parking to utilize a scheme could boost the use of schemes of arrangement (SOA) for foreign-incorporated companies in Great Britain and strengthen the country's position as a restructuring hub. Update is presented on the trend in the number of foreign firms seeking to propose SOA. Also noted is the argument about the links needed for foreign-incorporated companies to facilitate British schemes.
