  • The article presents update on the potential mandate from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that would require stock exchanges to implement a pilot program to increase liquidity in the small capitalization market as part of a second attempt at the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act.
