  • The article reports on the plan of the Santiago Stock Exchange of Chile and the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (TSXV) to establish a junior market in Chile, called Santiago Stock Exchange Venture, to allow companies to dual list on both bourses. Topics covered are the implications of the Canadian securities law and technical disclosure requirements for mining adopted by Chile for companies, as well as the cost and compliance requirements for dual listing on stock exchanges.
