  • The article discusses a report published by risk management firm Moody's Analytics which revealed corporate governance as an essential element of stress-testing programs and as a qualitative measure used by regulators to assess the stress-testing processes of banks. The importance of establishing a governance framework for banks and of setting up a single stress-testing program as part of business management process and risk management tool are discussed.
