  • The article discusses a report by the Australia Securities and Investments Commission (Asic) which highlighted concerns over disclosure of material information. Recommendations are offered for banks and brokers to discourage companies from planning one-on-one and small group briefings and to encourage compliance with regulations. Several issues relating to the bank practices when gauging investor demand for a transaction and its pricing were outlined by Asic in the report.
