Resumen de Poland: : Beyond the letter of the law.
The article examines the ruling of the Polish Supreme Court in a case where a bank had terminated a mortgage loan agreement due to minor delay in the repayment of a single installment. It states the opinion of the Supreme Court regarding the response of the bank to the failure of the borrower to comply with the conditions of the loan agreement. The ruling of the court based on the general clause of abuse of rights under Polish law is discussed.
