  • The article reports on the regulation issued by the Finance Ministry of Indonesia clarifying its internal procedures for selecting foreign lenders in government procurement areas. Highlighted are duties and responsibilities of the directorate-general of debt management in the process of selection of foreign lenders. Also noted is the requirement that the successful bidder must fulfill.
