  • The article predicts that regulatory and market developments will dominate in the convergence of covenant-lite lending, term loan B and high-yield terms across Europe and the U.S. It discusses the risk of the convergence of terms to covenant-lite loans and addresses concerns about the insolvency of a borrower with the growing presence of covenant-lite and yield-driven U.S. lenders in Europe. The advantage of a restructuring European loan for menders is mentioned.
