    Este artículo es resultado de una investigación cuyo objetivo general fue describir la forma de aplicación del proceso administrativo en Confecciones Fraga en cada una de sus funciones, y como objetivos específicos, determinar la operación de su estructura de costos, así como observar el comportamiento de las variables del ciclo económico y cómo estas afectan a la empresa. Por ello, se hace importante el conocimiento integral acerca de todas las actividades organizacionales y de los elementos macroeconómicos que afectan a la industria y a la organización, ya que ello facilita el proceso de toma de decisiones enmarcado en el proceso administrativo: planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar. El estudio es descriptivo de naturaleza cualitativa no cuantificada, empleando un método deductivo.

    This article is the result of an investigation whose general objective was to describe the way the managing process is applied in "Confecciones FRAGA" in each of its functions, and with specific objectives, to determine the costs structure, as to observe the behavior of the economic cycle variables and how this would affect the company. In consequence, it is important a complete knowledge about the organizations activities and about the macro economical elements that affects the industry and the company, since it simplifies the process of decision making framed within the managing process: planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The research is descriptive, qualitative and no-quantified, employing a deductive method.
