Pensamiento y estado. Lewcowicz y la filosofía (política)

    Este artículo se propone indicar la posición y el aporte de I. Lewcowicz a la filosofía política contemporánea, a la vez que intenta dar cuenta de la actualidad de sus reflexiones sobre el concepto de Estado a la luz de los sucesos políticos de la última década en Latinoamérica, con los que el autor no pudo confrontarse. Para este último propósito analizaremos las relaciones entre los actores principales dentro de la serie temporal aludida: los movimientos sociales y el Estado. El enfoque desde el que problematizaremos esta relación será el de la cuestión de los derechos, que articula relaciones posibles entre una instancia y otra. Sostendremos, a este respecto, que un pensamiento postestatal como el de Lewcowicz resulta todavía fértil para pensar esta relación y para considerar algunos de sus aspectos problemáticos.

    This paper means to indicate the position and the contribution of I. Lewcowicz in the field of contemporary political philosophy. At the same time, it tries to show the actuality of Lewcowicz�s thought regarding the concept of State, considering political events of the last decade in Latin America, which the author could not meet. For this purpose we�re going to analyze the relations between the most important actors of those events: the social movements and the State. We will face this matter through the question of the Rights, which articulates possible relations between one and another. We�re going to claim that the post-State thinking (such as Lewcowicz�s) is still fertile to approach that relationship and to consider some of its problematical aspects.
