  • Resumen
    • italiano

Abstract: The article  shows how the  franciscan rule is a breaking off the previous monastic rules. To favour the  coincidence between the rule and the life is really the  specific characters of the franciscan reflection.  The franciscan rule has as subject the observance of the Gospel and so this rule is as a legal purview.
