  This paper presents considerations concerning some the philosophical thought of Hegel on the state and its relationship with the spheres of the singularity and particularity. Introduces the concept of civil society in Hegel, the formation of the bourgeois order and the administration of justice. Analyzes the concept of crime in Hegel and the relationship between the will and the singular liability under the action of the subject in the sphere of criminal law.

  O presente artigo aborda o pensamento filosófico de Hegel sobre o Estado e sua relação com as esferas da singularidade e da particularidade. Apresenta o conceito de sociedade civil em Hegel, a formação da ordem burguesa e a administração da justiça. Analisa o conceito de crime em Hegel e a relação entre a vontade singular e a imputação de responsabilidade a ação do sujeito na esfera do direito penal.
